The tournament will be an 18-hole, best-ball scramble format for male and female players of all skill levels. Team and individual performances will be recognized during the dinner and awards ceremony afterward; there will also be prize giveaways and silent and live auctions. More than $30,000 of prizes, giveaways, and auction items were donated for the event.

Since its founding in 1971, the Foundation Fighting Blindness has been dedicated to funding innovative research to find preventions, treatments, and cures for inherited retinal degenerative diseases that lead to blindness and affect more than 9 million people of every age and race in the United States; The Foundation has funded thousands of research studies at hundreds of prominent institutions.
